We provide a 30 days money-back guarantee for all the products purchased from DOPEFISH's official website. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, contact us at contact@dopefishdive.com with your order number.

You can cancel your order before it ships. To cancel, please contact us immediately at contact@dopefishdive.com with your order number. Once your order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To start a return, please contact us at contact@dopefishdive.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your original order, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
